The inspiration for this dashboard came from my decade of experience working at a major power organization. Despite having an IT department of over 100 people, we constantly struggled with critical service and system outages. Power trips would occur, and our UPS batteries would drain completely before anyone was even aware of the issue. After seeing this critical blind spot go unresolved for years, I decided to build the solution myself.
